The Production Process

At Organic ME, we believe in nature's pace. Our honey is produced by our own local bees, kept in hives situated in the wildflower meadows surrounding Kelso.

We use zero chemicals or additives. The honey is raw, meaning it is unpasteurized to keep all the natural enzymes and health benefits intact. It is extracted by hand and jarred right here in our workshop.
